Is there anything that might interest a 22 year old female on any logical route from Baton Rouge to Nashville, even if it's 20 miles out of the way? What about in the Nashville area, what are places to see / things to do?|||Nashville, is home of the Grand Ole' Opry, you have the Opryland Hotel out by the airport to enjoy the gardens, alot of us use to go there, just to drink and eat at the restaurant, you don''t necessarily have to check in as a guest to enjoy it. Plus, if you are lucky, that's where some of the stars stay when they are there, that and the Andrew Jackson Hotel. If you want to go to the opryland hotel, if you are going on I-24 east bound, take the Briley Parkway exit toward Opry Mills, another place you might be interested in visiting, it use to be Opryland Theme Park....There are all kinds of things to do in nashville, all the way from Bar hopping, to elegant dining and shopping at the shops where the stars shop. I know it sounds like I am advertising for nashville, but really I'm not, I just grew up there is all, thats how I know so much about it. make sure you check out Murfreesboro, Tenn too. That's where the Stone's River Battlefield is. Donelson, Tenn.. home of the President Andrew Jackson . Smyrna, Tenn. has the home of Sam Davis. Tennessee is full of beauty and history, just ask anyone there, and they can give you a suggestion on where to go. It all depends on what you are interested in, all you have to do, is go out and look around Nashville, but NEVER, NEVER go out alone after Dark. There's good and bad in all places, just don't take any chances...Stay safe and Have Fun.
