Where is it cheaper to live: Austin TX, Charleston SC or Baton Rouge LA? Im planning on moving to one of them. I am looking to move down south somewhere and rent a big 3-4 bedroom apartment and turn it into a place where people can rent furnished rooms for short term or long term. This way I make a profit from it. Where is the best place and also the most affordable?|||Which ever has the highest population of African Americans.|||If you are looking mainly for cheap then probably Baton Rouge. But then the economy isn't too hot either.
