I went to the Baton Rouge on Des Jockeys and Decarie in Montreal last week and loved this dip so much , it's all I've been thinking about making at home, but not sure what is in it.|||I don't have their exact recipe. But here is a three cheese spinach dip recipe

Three Cheese Spinach Dip

1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained
1/3 C. grated Romano cheese
1/4 C. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 (10 oz.) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/3 C. heavy cream
1/2 C. sour cream
1 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Place artichokes, Romano cheese, Parmesan cheese and garlic in a blender or food processor. Pulse until chopped but not ground. Set aside. In a medium bowl, mix together spinach, cream, sour cream and mozzarella cheese. Stir in artichoke mixture. Spoon into prepared baking dish. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.|||There are some cooking recipes. Maybe you can give it a shot.
