just moved to the area and i need to find one, its pretty urgent! thanks!|||Check the bulletin boards at the feed stores. They usually have business cards on them, then ASK the feedstore employees or owner what they think. They usually hear everyone's opinions on farriers, vets, or types of feed. Or if you're around other horse people...ask them and get the different opinions. lostnsavd...|||Call the equestrian department at Southeast Louisiana State.|||call your feed store are tack shop they well be able to tell u there number and stuff about them and prices|||Call the vet school at LSU (in Baton Rouge). Ask for whichever vet instructor specializes in equine lameness. They would be likely to know of someone that is a GOOD farrier instead of justA farrier.
