i keep looking at ads that say area 1 or area 5 and i do not know how they are divided up and haven't come across a map yet. can anyone help me please?|||They refer to the map that the local newspaper puts out. As someone who went to LSU in the early 90's here's what they really mean: Area 1: the southern part is ghetto, the northern part is white rural redneck. Area 2: rich blacks Area 3: ghetto, people get shot all the time.
