Hopefully you don't have to deal with a roach infestation, but do expect to see at least a handful over the course of the year. You shouldn't see them all the time unless there really is a problem. Depending on your situation and location, you might have to deal with some spiders (usually small) and or ants. Silverfish seem to be the biggest issue at my place.
